SERVICE TERMS

Small Grace service terms

These terms explain the one-off personalised message service you are buying, how it is supplied and your consumer rights.

Last updated: 17 September 2026

Who you are buying from

Small Grace is a trading name of John Parr, a sole trader.

Email: hello@asmallgrace.com
Correspondence address: Small Grace, 1 Old Hall Street, Liverpool, L3 9HF, United Kingdom. Visits are by appointment only.

What you are buying

A Small Grace is a one-off personalised digital message service costing £2.99 GBP. There is no subscription, donation or recurring membership.

You provide limited information about who the message is for and what you genuinely want to communicate. Small Grace uses AI-assisted wording where appropriate, you review the result, and you may request up to two supported revisions before approval. You then receive a private link and share it yourself. Small Grace does not contact the recipient for you.

A Christian tone and Bible reference are optional. Small Grace does not create or sell prayers, claim to pray on your behalf, or claim divine revelation.

When the contract is made

Before payment, you are shown the service, total price and the key choices for your Small Grace. The contract is made when payment is successfully confirmed. We will not start preparing the paid message until payment is confirmed.

Starting the service during the 14-day cancellation period

For an online service contract, you normally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period. Because Small Grace is intended to be prepared promptly, we ask you separately to make an express request for the service to begin as soon as payment is confirmed.

If you cancel after requesting an early start but before the service is fully performed, the law may allow us to charge a proportionate amount for the service already supplied. If the service is fully performed within the 14-day period, your statutory right to cancel ends only where you requested early performance and acknowledged in advance that the cancellation right would be lost once performance was complete.

For Small Grace, we treat the service as fully performed when the message has been prepared, any revisions you requested within the service have been completed or waived by you, you approve the message, and the private sharing link is made available to you.

How to cancel

Where the statutory cancellation right still applies, you can cancel by making any clear statement that you want to cancel. Email hello@asmallgrace.com or write to the correspondence address above. Please include your order reference if available.

You may use the following form, but you do not have to:

I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the Small Grace service.

Review, revisions and approval

You are responsible for reviewing the wording before sharing it. The service includes up to two supported revision requests while the order is awaiting review. Once you approve the message, a private recipient link is created and the message becomes available to share.

The private page remains available for 30 days after approval. Save or print the message if you want to keep it longer.

Launch offer

After a customer’s first qualifying paid Small Grace at £2.99 while the launch offer is available, one free Small Grace is issued and is valid for 30 days from the qualifying payment. The same email address must be used for automatic redemption. The offer is limited to one free Small Grace per customer. Additional paid orders do not create additional free entitlements, and a free promotional order does not create another entitlement. There is no cash alternative. Small Grace may withdraw the offer for future qualifying purchases; an entitlement already issued remains valid until its stated expiry.

Information you provide

You must only provide information you are entitled to share and that is reasonably necessary to shape the message. Keep recipient context general. Do not submit medical diagnoses or treatment, disability details, religion or beliefs, ethnicity, political views, trade-union membership, sexual-orientation or sex-life information, criminal allegations, addresses, phone numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information about the recipient.

Do not use Small Grace to harass, threaten, manipulate, impersonate, deceive or facilitate unlawful conduct.

Age

People creating a Small Grace must be at least 13. If the sender is aged 13–17, an adult aged 18 or over must authorise and complete the purchase.

Important limits

Small Grace helps with wording; it does not provide medical, legal, financial, therapeutic or counselling advice. It does not guarantee healing, reconciliation or any other outcome. AI-assisted wording can make mistakes, so you must review the message before approval and sharing.

The service requires a reasonably current web browser, internet access and the ability to open a private web link. Availability can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or third-party service issues.

If something goes wrong

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms removes or limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a technical failure means we cannot supply the paid service, or if you believe the service has not been supplied with reasonable care and skill, contact hello@asmallgrace.com with your order reference so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains what personal information we use, the lawful bases, categories of service providers, retention periods and your data-protection rights.

Complaints and contact

For an order query, cancellation or complaint, email hello@asmallgrace.com. We will try to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

These terms are governed by the law applicable to your contract and do not prevent you from relying on mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
